A Conversation with Love: Question 03

I love receiving these questions! As always, my response arises not from my mind but from the Brilliance at the heart of this question and, indeed, us all:

I am not going to offer a definition, but rather a few words that allude to what I perceive Brilliance to be.

Brilliance is a resonance. It is the purest expression that we are. You might like to feel it not as anything tangible but as a presence of union within you, and I say union because it truly is the welcoming of our inherent twoness as One. The output, if you like, of this union is Brilliance. Ultimately, in our fullness, we are One, and we resonate energetically the Brilliance of Love, for Love is the unconditional allowance of the all.

(That might appear to some to be a wishy-washy wobble of woo-woo words, and my invitation to them would be — then choose your own.)

So we have Oneness resonating within us at all times; we are Brilliance regardless of our lower expression. How much we allow that Brilliance to be expressed through our presence in this dimension depends upon our freedom to simply be that which we are.

And herein lies the problem, if problem is the misunderstanding of our purpose. We are not all here to realise our truth; some of us are here to enable that realisation within others. Can you imagine if we were all awakening to our Oneness at once? If we were currently all shining our truth? We would not have such opportunity for growth. We would not be gifted darkness in order to discover it is belonging to our Brilliance; that it is, if you like, the offerer of light.

This guides me to express here that Brilliance, from my perspective, is the divine union of darkness and light, of yin and yang, of feminine and masculine.

When we, in ourselves, honour with equality the two halves of our being, we Brilliantly free ourselves from a need to be one OR the other, and so our output or resonance is FREEDOM. We have FREEDOM to resonate our Brilliance, and our purpose here is not to dismiss those assisting our growth, but to honour their presence as Brilliant in this wondrous game we call Life.

This perspective guides action in alignment with Love.
