Are we honouring relaxation as something other than the brilliance of flow that we are?

The holidays will soon be upon us, and I can feel anticipation building around me. There’s almost an undertone of anxiety and not joy, as if the holidays are threatening and not nourishing.

I know we do question why, but then we tune-out, ignoring the answers we receive from within. Instead, we accept the anxiety as part of the pleasure. This is not wrong; indeed, it is of dualistic nature, but my Highest is gifting a Wisdom with a Brilliance of perspective interesting to share:

So focused have we become on relaxation that we have completely altered our experience of it. It has become something we strive for, yearn for, fight for. It has become a right and not an innate presence of trust.

You see, if you consider the truth of relaxation, it is to be free from fear or stress or force. It is to be flowing gently in the moment. But can you see how we are marketing relaxation as something other than this?

Can you see how we are marketing relaxation as an activity — an active doing of nothing, or an active stillness of mind, or an active denial of what is, as if when we can block what is, we can relax?

But what if we could relax freely at all times? What if, even during times of enormous pressure, we could relax with the faith that we are held at all times with Love? What if relaxed-flow or relaxation simply means TRUST?

I no longer require the holidays to relax. There is no need in my life to carve out relaxation time, for regardless of my external circumstances, I am free-flowing within. Relaxation is my brilliance of allowance of the all; it is my freedom at all times of my fullness.

If I am free-flowing with what is, simply allowing what is to be, then relaxation has my name on it at all times. So, my holidays are breaks from the norm. They are not opportunities to relax, for relaxation is inherent within.

Thank you. Kirsty
