I have been lucky enough to have two sessions with Kirsty and both were artistically crafted and inter winded beautifully. She seemed to know what was needed before I did. I brought two themes: a challenging family relationship, and my tendency to hide my light under a bush. She managed to weave and play with both these themes beautifully. She instinctively understood when it was time for me to move away from something or to move closer towards something because it was ready to be transformed. In my current life situation, I remember the lessons learnt and the healing that was accomplished. I use it as soul memory to respond differently when the same tendency or habits appear. I stop, I breathe, I remember, and I do it differently.

I felt completely understood and met without judgement. This is probably one of the most healing things in the world — to be met without judgement to allow the experience to unfold with unconditional presence and warmth. Thank you, Kirsty.
