Matters of the Mind

When you are free within, the mind is but a tool to express the Love that you are.

Introduction:

A few months ago, I received this Freedom Wisdom highlighting the nature of the mind. You can jump to the transcript of this recording is HERE. It is one of many I have received with this theme, and I will share them in time. But this one is calling for presentation first, along with this message of introduction to accompany it:

I have had enormous rulership by my mind in my life, which negatively impacted on my Being. So ruled was I by the illusions my mind fed me that I suffered immensely. I had an addiction of inadequacy, and I had a fever of rejection. These manifested outwardly in ways I am yet to admit publicly, not because I am fearful now of judgement, just because the time is not yet ripe.

My Higher Self speaks freely in this Wisdom of the Matters of the Mind, which could also be referred to as illusions because these Mind Matters that fill our system with fear do not at all speak of our brilliance. They do not at all honour our truth. They do not at all reflect the freedom within that we are truly, powerfully sourced from. They only speak of our Lower Self. They only shout of our limitations. They only, regretfully, deny our fullness. But not are we hateful of them, not are we necessarily disrespectful of them, we are simply aware of their tendency for drama, and then we are allowing of their releasement from rulership.

Perhaps you have also been ruled by the mind? Perhaps you have also manifested great negativity from your misplaced loyalty? Our loyalty must remain with the heart, not the mind. Our loyalty must honour the Love that we are, not the mind-based demands we are not. Our loyalty is to our truth, not our false hoods. And our loyalty must be open to the Brilliance in the All, not imprisoned behind the barriers of the ego.

So as you ponder this Freedom Wisdom, I invite you to also ponder the Matters of your Mind and your loyalty to your Being. And perhaps you also want to keep tuning-in, as I have a feeling the journey I will share in time — my journey — will bring a newfound appreciation for the entrapment the Matters of the Mind can offer, but also for the incredible freedom you experience when you are no longer imprisoned by the limitations of the Lower Self.

Transcript of recorded Freedom Wisdom:

Matters of the Mind often involve our Lower Self’s energy so much that they overwhelm our Being. Matters of the Mind are such attention seekers that they deny our fullness any limelight or stage time at all. Matters of the Mind can be very demanding, very insistent, and very temperamental when they aren’t allowed the microphone, so to speak. But they are also very fickle. They also don’t really know this from that. The Matters of the Mind are undeniably immature in the grand scale of Life.

Matters of the Mind are control freaks. They are little children who are terrified of not getting their own way. Matters of the Mind are living in fear of denial at all times. They are living in fear of freedom at all times, and when I say they are living in fear of freedom, I am not referring to their own. No, it’s not their own freedom they fear; it is your freedom within that they fear the most.

You see, when you are free within, Matters of the Mind take second place. When you are free within, the mind answers to the Love within you. When you are free within, your heart rules the mind. When you are free within, the mind is but a tool to express the Love that you are.

But the mind doesn’t want to be subordinate. No, the mind doesn’t want to be the underdog. The mind wants to be the King, the ruler. It wants to be the force that dictates who you are. But that can never be, because the mind is merely a tool used on this earthly dimension, in this physical realm, to worship the heart of who you are.

The mind is not the heart of who you are; the mind is a soldier supporting the expression of your truth in this dimension. The mind is not within you, it is not part of you, it is not your truth, it is not your Brilliance, it is not your oneness, it is not your freedom, it is not really even your friend. It is really just a Master of Nothing, and when I say Nothing, I refer to the illusion of this Game of Life that we wake up in.

So, how can your mind, the ruler of Nothing, ever be considered who you are when who you are is Love? But the mind rejects that. The mind denies that. The mind fights for rulership. And that’s OK, that’s all part of this Game of Life. So, we allow it, and we respect it, in the sense that we worship the mind from the Love that we are. We see it as an alarm clock waking us up. For how would we ever know the rulership belongs to the Love within us if we had never been imprisoned by the illusion of the Nothing?
