Laughter. This is the word that jumped out at me when I read this testimonial that arrived like sunshine in my inbox this morning.
When we begin to allow denied or blocked energy to freely flow within again, we’re offered a sense of lightness even in the face of pain because we’re bringing to light that which has been kept in the dark. We are bringing to light energies that have been blanketed by a false hood that has led us to believe that there are elements of our Being we must not allow. This lack of allowance only serves to keep our fullness imprisoned.
When we lovingly allow the bubbling up of all the energies that make up the All that we are, we resonate freedom and unconditional Love.
We are the All and when we embrace all that we are within with the unconditional presence of our Truth, not are we flat, devoid of effervescence; rather, we are full of life, full of the vast array of energies that make up the All, full of shifting, flowing, bubbling Brilliance that serves not only our Being but the entirety of the All.
Laughter jumps out at me because it speaks freely of this effervescence just waiting to be experienced as unconditional Love when we pop the lid on what has not been offered freedom within.
I laughed with this beautiful soul, and I cried with her, too. And as I held space for this flow of energy, it was like sipping on the sweet lemonade of our Truth.
