We realise our flow by first swimming against it

Often, we find ourselves flowing down a stream that is not truly our stream; it is not truly our flow; rather, we have been caught up in the mainstream of illusion.

Now, it feels real, it feels truthful, but that's only because we're conditioned to believe that real and truthful is what we're told. And what were told is often the opposite of our flow within.

Our flow would never ask us to participate in an existence of restraint. Our flow cannot honour restraint because our flow is free, our flow is brilliantly, radiantly flowing at all times, and to remain floating in this stream of flow, we must trust and not fear our freedom.

But the mainstream supports fear. The mainstream feeds fear. You could consider the mainstream to be the rapids unnecessarily offered our flow. Well, let's not say unnecessary, for they do serve a purpose. They do assist us to find our true flow.

You see, the mainstream floats our Brilliance to the surface; it gives rise to our truth that we are, and it does this by offering us the opposite flow of freedom.

Just as we sense the powerful flow of a river by walking upstream, this is how we sense the powerful flow of the All that we are: by walking or swimming against our flow until we are swept away in our Brilliance within.

I do not dishonour the mainstream, I simply offer it my gratitude for providing me the opportunity to realise my stream of truth within.

Thank you. Kirsty
